Announcement

First, we would like to assure you that the company “ELTA COURIER” with whom we work receives every appropriate prevention and protection measures for Covid-19. In these extraordinary circumstances, our main priority is to preserve our operation and the seamless, as far as possible, delivery of shipments. Despite our efforts for immediate service to minimize average delivery time, there may be modifications and possible deviations from the usual handling and shipping dates for a specific number of destinations, mainly in urban areas. We are sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might occur due to modifications of the shipment schedule management. Τhank you in advance for your understanding and trust!

 

Product Shipping

Our goal is to deliver the order to you in the shortest time possible, by simplifying the shipping process. The shopkeeper “PARASKEVAS BOUBOURAKAS” is responsible for packing the parcel properly, checking the good condition of the product before shipment, while bearing no responsibility for any damage that may occur to the parcel during shipment. The package travels under the responsibility of the recipient and the parcel search process after its departure from the store is undertaken entirely by them. The customer has the right to request any information about the shipping (voucher number, company, shipping dates) from the store via e-mail to info@bohovintageclothing.gr or by phone at 2111841101 during working hours, Monday and Wednesday 11.00-15.00 and 16.00-18.00, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11.00-15.00 and 16.00-20.00 and Saturday 11.00-15.00 and the store is obliged to respond as soon as possible.

Shipping Cost

For orders within Greece exceeding 60 €, the shipping will be FREE, whilst for smaller orders there is a shipping charge of 3 €.

Shipments throughout Greece will be placed through the company “ELTA COURIER”. In case you have a specific preference for the transport company that will serve you please note it in the comments of the order. Otherwise the delivery company will be selected at the discretion of our store.

Products Delivery

Delivery time for Greece is 2-5 working days, provided that the products you have ordered are available. For Cyprus delivery time is 7-10 working days.

For foreign countries the costs are charged exclusively to the customer regardless of the order amount.

The above shipping dates do not apply in extreme weather conditions, strikes or in any case of force majeure. The aforementioned delivery dates are according to the suggestions of the collaborating courier companies and our store bears no responsibility for any deviation. In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed directly via the contact e-mail you stated during your registration. For any other shipping information please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Changes – Returns – Product Replacement

For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you must notify us within five (5) days of receipt at the e-mail address info@bohovintageclothing.gr notifying us of the reason for return or replacement and providing a contact phone number. Alternatively, you can contact us at 2111841101 during working hours. Then the parcel should be delivered to a store of “ELTA COURIER” in order to be shipped at the headstore Ipeirou 8, 10433 Athens, Greece.

Return Policy:

  1. The product must not have been used
  2. The return must take place within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of contacting us
  3. The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Shipping Receipt-Invoice, etc.)
  4. The product must be in the condition shipped by the sender, complete and without any damage, while its packaging should be the one that originally accompanied the product.

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:

  1. SHIPPING WRONG PRODUCT

In cases where, with proven “PARASKEVAS BOUBOURAKAS”’s fault, products were delivered to you in a different design or size than that of the order you placed, you can return the products.

  1. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought, within 10 calendar days after receiving the product, and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have already paid, or at an additional price if you wish to purchase either additional items or something more expensive. The return of the product in cases i and ii, is free of charge within Greece, if the mistake is proven and always after contact with our physical store at 2111841101 during working hours, Monday and Wednesday 11.00-15.00 and 16.00-18.00, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11.00-15.00 and 16.00-20.00 and Saturday 11.00-15.00.

iii. PRODUCT CHANGE

In case you want to change the product you bought, contact us directly at 2111841101.

In case the product does not suit you, you can return it within 5 working days, only after contacting our physical store at 2111841101 during working hours, Monday and Wednesday 11.00-15.00 and 16.00-18.00, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11.00-15.00 and 16.00-20.00 and Saturday 11.00-15.00.

The change of the product costs 3€ and will be carried out only through the cooperating shipping companies. If the consumer for any reason prefers a different shipping company, the cost of shipping is dictated by the respective transport company. The shipping costs burden the consumer, otherwise the product change won’t be accepted by our store.

The products, which have been purchased from the online store “bohovintageclothing.gr” can be changed in our physical store (Ipeirou 8, 10433 Athens, Greece) always after contacting us at 2111841101 during working hours, Monday and Wednesday 11.00-15.00 and 16.00-18.00, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11.00-15.00 and 16.00-20.00 and Saturday 11.00-15.00.

No change will be made if not prior consultation with our store and if there is no original Proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice etc).

Payment Methods

CREDIT or DEBIT CARD

  • Accepted Cards: All credit cards.
  • Using your credit or debit card for your online purchases at “bohovintageclothing.gr” store is completely safe, as long as you follow the indicated instructions.
  • To pay by credit or debit card, you must fill in the relevant form the exact name of the holder, the card number, its expiration date and the three-digit number (CVV) on the back of the card.
  • In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the owner card used for each transaction.

 

DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT

The customer deposits the exact amount in a National bank of Greece account (…….…….) and IBAN (…………..) for up to 2 working days from the day of the order placement. In the remittance info field, the customer should fill in the name from which the order was made or code of the order given to him via e-mail upon completion. Please send proof of deposit to info@bohovintageclothing.gr to avoid any delays due to banking procedures.

PAY on DELIVERY

The customer pays with the delivery of the order at their place, the employee of the courier company (ELTA COURIER). In this case the customer will be charged cash on delivery fee of 3 euros. Pay on delivery service is valid only for deliveries within Greece.

Purchase From The Store

Our store is located Ipeirou 8, 10433 Athens, Greece. In case the customer decides to purchase from the store (if no payment has been made by bank) the products of your choice are kept up to three (3) working days from the day of the order. If for any reason the customer does not appear during this time he/she can contact our store at 2111841101 or via mail at info@bohovintageclothing.gr to rearrange the day of receipt. In any other case the products are exempted and the order must be replaced. In this case, our store bears no responsibility for the availability of products thereinafter.
